Purchase of a new used vehicle

I went to the Cherry Hill Kia dealership to purchase a second vehicle. They didn't have what I wanted so I went home. The next day I got a call from a service manager, Jordan.

Stated they just got a trade-in. A 2010 Kia Sportage. I went in to see the vehicle. It was in one of the service bays undergoing a maintenance check, I was informed by Robert Sheared. The vehicle was brought out for a visible check on the entire vehicle. The vehicle was filthy, inside and out.

They had the vehicle detailed, I dropped it off. They brought the vehicle to my home.

My fiance went down to get the keys. The outside of the vehicle looked very nice.

However, the interior was never cleaned.

I tried to hand clean as best I could. But its too filthy and areas I cannot get clean.

I called Mr. Sheared to inform him of this. He responded saying the vehicle was

detailed cleaned. I asked, " if the interior was cleaned". He responded by telling me

my fiance checked the vehicle upon return. Which isn't true. My fiance only went down

and got the key for me because I was sleeping, at the time.

I have attached pictures to show the filthe. You can see the areas. This vehicle wasn't

detail cleaned inside.

I was told by Robert Sheared that I would have to pay the cost of the interior cleaning.

I am presently trying to contact the Car Wash I normally use for my 2011 Kia. However, due to the weather, they haven't been open.

I make a very good income; I don't need to do this if I was wrong. I would just get it cleaned. The dealership gave me a very dirty vehicle. I know I shouldn't have accepted the vehicle at the time in the condition it was in. Now I have to deal with this.

I can be reached through my email: tlicious8@***.com

Guest

take your email off of your complaint, and check here for responses.

Guest

You should have the vehicle completely checked out. Looks like there could be some other stuff going on you may not know about.

Guest

Don't let them get away with this. They have lots of bad reports. Bad reputation.

Guest

I've read the reviews on this place. Many pissed and dissatisfied customers who have paid very large amounts of money for service and vehicles to this place.

How are they getting away with this stuff? I'd report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Guest

A little fussy are we. You are a joke and your pictures show nothing.

Buya new car and be satisfied. You are indeed a a fuss budget and a pain to deal with.!!!!!!!!

Thank you, alq, for letting us know where you are (Orlando, Florida) and the kind of obnoxious attitude that many used car dealers have for their customers. If you would treat your customers right, you would make more money.

The cost of customer aquisition (advertising) is much higher for companies which do not have good word of mouth referrals.

So bad dealers shoot themselves in the foot. Good luck with that.

Not worth it

Worse experience ever. I was buying my first car and it took five hours! Not only at but the payment we agreed on was not what my paperwork stated. The didn't negotiate at all or split cost for second key, even though they sold me a car with low tire pressure warning, that they said they would take care of , which really meant that they would clear the screen but leave the nail in there. Their advice on my used 2010 that i just paid alot for was keep putting air in it and it will be good for a few more weeks. Awesome, so glad I got a warranty even though it doesn't matter because they are lazy. So now after all that I have to get a new tires and key.

Incompetent, rude, selfish staff

I have never been to a dealership as grimy and uncared for as this. First off, the place is poorly run and looks like it was cheaply built and shabbily designed. Secondly, my biggest grief is with the sales staff. I have never met a more incompetent, rude, and selfish bunch before coming here. The title of my complaint says it all. These people do NOT care about their consumers. They're more concerned with getting their grubby fat paws all over your wallet. They would probably sell a car to a 14-year-old, as long as that kid had some money. If anyone you know is considering going to this piece of *** dump, joke of a dealership, please PLEASE tell him/her otherwise. I mean, if that person wants to get *** over and taken advantage of, then by all means...come to this sad excuse for a dealership.

Bait & Switch

Not Surprised so many others had the EXACT same experience as I did last night! Went to Cherry Hill Mitsubishi last night after seeing a car I was interested in on the Triplex web site. I spoke with TJ who was informed PRIOR to my 2 hour trip that this was the ONLY vehicle I was considering purchasing from them. Now let me tell you the dealer is only 30 minutes from my home but the trip took 2 hours because NO ONE at the dealer knew where they were and they had me driving up & down Route 70 WEST for and and hour and a half when they are located on Route 70 EAST! No surprise when I finally arrived that it took me another 30 minutes for TJ to confess the vehicle I was interested was GONE and since he practically confiscated my drivers license it took me another 30 minutes of BS to get out the door. TJ was the most INEXPERIENCED AND UNPROFESSIONAL salesperson I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and someone really needs to let him know that waxing his eyebrows is NOT going to improve his severely lacking and manipulative sales tactics!!

2 hour wait for oil change and dented fender.

Made appointment on Monday for Wednesday at 10:30. Arrived at 10:15am. As I was registering my vehicle for service an angry, disguntled customer was yelling at the staff about her poor service. I should have taken the hint and left, but I have been getting my car serviced at this dealership since 2008 and have never had a problem before... Finally, my car is ready one hour 45 minutes later. When I asked why it took so long, the response was "there was no bay available" i replied "but I had an appointment" common courtesy would have been to let me know upon my arrival that my wait time would be extended. (another flag) After paying for my service I asked where i could find my car. Was told it was right outside. Went outside, walked along the side of the building, my car was no where to be found. A young man from service asked me what kind of car i was looking for and that he would retrieve it for me. He went over to a lot waaay on the other side of the parking lot and came out with my car. He proceeded to ride past me almost to the parking lot exit. Had i not been standing there I would not have noticed the dent. I noticed the dent right away and brought it to his attention. "Whoa" I said. "That dent was not in my car when I brought it here." I had to go back to the sevice desk to inform them of this problem. He, in turn, asked the driver if he hit anything, of course he said no. The gentleman at the service desk told me I had to talk to the General Manager. I informed the General Manager, Chris Kehner, of my problem. He told me that he would review the video of the two hours my car was there and notify me of his findings. It has been one week now and he has not answered or returned any of my calls. Cherry Hill Triplex has lost a loyal customer if this is not resolved.

Dealer is Cherry Hill Chrysler Dodge Jeep

GM's name is William Kopp

Original review Feb 02, 2013
I bought 26 cars over the years and this is the worst piece of *** car dealer I've ever dealt with. Bought 4 jeeps, looking for my 5th. Needed to test drive a jeep they had on their website. Called to confirm in triplicate jeep was on their lot and at the right address with the right model number. It was confirmed.

Arrived and no one could find it. "...oh its on our lot over here, no wait its on our lot over there, no wait its gone the GM is driving it..." After giving us the run around for over an hour, we left. If your in the business of selling cars, why wont you sell me a car?

As we drive off the vehicle I see the jeep we want parked in the back of the lot. After wasting two hours of my time and confronting them about the car parked on the lot the whole time, they offered to pull it around. I promptly gave them a piece of my mind and told them to *** off.

Nothing but a bunch of liars from the manager on down.

I will make sure all my customers and all my constituents know what kind of business this is and recommend they avoid it at all costs.

They don't take care of anything

I bought a used 2009 Chevy HHR last June (2012). Since then I have had 2 tailights go, a reverse light, and 1 headlight. I go to change my air filter today, as any responsible driver should, and my jaw nearly dropped when I saw the old one. Potentially original to the car, but either way it was way beyond when it should have been changed. I could understand it being yellow, but this thing was a good golden brown. They say they do full inspections and take care of their certified used cars, but it's ***. They told me I would receive coupons in the mail and hear from them about taking a survey (I wish they would), but I haven't heard anything from this dealership since I got the car almost 8 months ago. They don't even care if I like it. I even had to call them 3 times to see if they had my tags in because the temporary ones were going to expire. The tags had been there for weeks, I never got a call. Never again.

Did not refund my warranty money; liars & theives

Updated by user Mar 08, 2013

I have been in contact with Cherry Hill Kia and nothing has changed. I have been contacted by customer service specialists who idea of good customer service is to say they are sorry that this happened to me?

really? To me words mean nothing. The fact that these folks altered the contract to make the figures work to their advantage is fraud and as I read I see that the warranty I was forced to take or the bank wouldnt finance was fraud. I have reported them to Consumer affairs and will continue to do what I can to make them be accountable for their actions.

I was taken advantage of in my moment of weakness and felt I had no choice to make the second deal on the Kia since I knew that the Impala was truly a lemon.

I was stuck. I bought a lemon and needed a car!

Original review Jan 21, 2013
I trusted the salesman James Davis. Very wrong thing to do. He is a puppet for the real snakes!! I bought a 2005 Impala 7900.00 that had a list of issues and he solicted I come back and he would make it right. Basically I gave him another oppurtunity to steal my money. He said they had a 2011 Kia Forte that management was will to provide a deal on. BULL! He said I would be refunded the warranty purchased on 2005 Impala and give me 5000.00 trade in on it, all he could do. I figured the refund on the warranty would offset my 2900.00 loss. BULL. Mad I was so ***!! None of the figures on the agreement matched and they were so smooth I signed the agreement. Lied flat out. I was green and they saw me coming. Do not go to this dealership. They behave like a bunch of children and laugh at you when you come in and complain cause they know that they ripped you off and I believe they enjoy watching people go off. Its a shame and I hope for every person they have taken advantage of, that karma come back to them to fold. Theives!

Kia is a great car, but the dealership and company do not care about customers.

When you walk into Cherry Hill Kia, unless you are a cast member of Jersey Shore your ears are first offended. They play music so loud you cannot even talk with the salesperson let alone think. Every dealer smells like they marinate in perfume before they come to work which actually makes me break out and have an allergic reaction. The waiting room stinks of coffee and perfume, TV is too loud and the ladie's bathroom are vile. Two years later I still do not have my second kia to the new car I bought here. No one would work with me to get the second key. I had an issue with a recalled part. They didn't have it there. Then they said they did. But when I got there they did not have the part. They played this game with me 2 times without an apology. Every attempt made to complain from the president of Kia to some fool that answers the phone at this *** dealership was fruitless. No one cares at Kia. The kia complaint line tells me it's up to the dealership to deal with my issue. The dealership won't even stay on the phone with me let alone do anything for me in person. And going to the dealership is like a visit to ***. I love my Kia car but I would sooner suggest swiping a car from the street than going to Kia Cherry Hill. It would be less of a hassle to be arrested and do time in jail than deal with the disrespectful time wasting *** that work at Cherry Hill Kia.

BE CAREFUL OF THE GAMES! READ BEFORE YOU SIGN!

I went in to Cherry Hill Triplex just for a test drive. I was honest with the salesman and sales mgr about my financial position and history. I was interested in a new car. The first question the sales mgr asked is if I would be interested in a used car. I said that could be possible. Then the salesman showed me two vehicles with just as many miles as my trade in! The mgr kept talking about the money I would save buying used. I finally got them off the used car and we started dealing a new vehicle they did not have in stock. They ran the numbers and the payment was more than I could handle. They explained the new cars were so popular that they were selling for up to $2500 more than the sticker price. I thanked them for their time and was going to leave. The salesman asked for my bottom line. I gave him a monthly payment significantly lower than their original offer. He told me he'd ask, but he doubted the mgr would do it. He then asked if he did get the okay if I would buy the vehicle. I said yes and he hand wrote and hand me sign a statement affirming this. He also took my credit card for a down payment. The mgr approved the deal and I signed the paperwork. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU SIGN! One of the forms stated that I would forfeit the deposit if I did take the vehicle when it arrived. The salesman assured me that only meant if I decided to walk away, they keep the deposit. He repeatedly told me that if THEY failed to deliver as promised, I would receive the deposit back. HOWEVER, those words are not on the form. FURTHERMORE, they also had me sign a form stating that NO ORAL AGREEMENTS ARE CONTRACTUALLY BINDING! They dressed it up saying "This just means we didn't promise any free vacations, or other types of promotions." I signed everything. They kept my trade and gave me a loaner vehicle (which I had to put on my insurance policy). Two days later my new car was delivered. I went to do the final paperwork and the payment was $25 more than I agreed to. The next half hour was spent with the finance mgr and salesman explaining they did deliver as promised, but the bank changed the interest rate. I kept saying that wasn't my problem. I told them I didn't care about the interest rate so much as the payment amount. I told them to adjust the price of the vehicle and trade to get me to the amount agreed upon. They wouldn't budge. They showed me the paperwork I signed agreeing to forfeit the deposit. At that point I was ready to take my losses. I even handed the salesman the key to the new car and asked for my trade back. That's when the truth came out. The deal they agreed to was based on a 75 month payment plan. The bank only approved 72. I remembered this was mentioned BRIEFLY two days before. The salesman showed me the numbers. The difference in price was equivalent to three additional monthly payments. I admit I was not careful enough when I made this deal. And I really liked the new car. So, I put more money down to bring the payments where I wanted them. Bottom line is they did deliver what they promised, but they did not clearly explain that the numbers could change based on the bank's decision. I won't buy at Cherry Hill Triplex again. If you go, just be aware that they play these games and READ BEFORE YOU SIGN!

With a credit score over 700 and the deal all said and done just coming back to finalize things I never thought the numbers would change, they were betting the car I drove for 3 days I would have fallen in love with , but in the end we just couldnt handle the extra 70.00 bucks a month, they are the devil in white shirts and this has happen to more and more people everyday !in the end they could have called us about the numbers changing but they didnt till the time we came in to sign !so in the long run they LOST a 30,000.00 sale and Reedman/Toll got it !when in Pa stay in Pa I ll never trust them ever !

Guest

The same thing happen to me word for word !

Guest

Why don't we all get together and go after them legally. Let me Know if interested.

Guest

Trust me if you were ever in the business you would understand. You mean they were actually nice enough to trust your description of your credit was accurate instead of running it soon as you walk in the door and probably turned out to be worse than you descried(happened 85% of the time when i sold cars) i do blame them for not running your credit to avoid this. However my guess is they didn't want to embarrass ya and say your credit is *** and the bank said NOPE hes lucky to get 72.

Guest

No, carguy1969, it's not crazy. They asked for my bottom line and I told them.

They put the deal together and had me sign. I didn't know they hadn't yet run my credit. And remember, I told them about my credit history. We had a deal.

They never said the numbers might change. They led me to believe the deal was complete. Then I go to pick up the new car and the finance mgr hands me paperwork with a higher payment than we agreed to? "We didn't run your credit the other night." That's not my fault.

They PROMISED me that deal. Then my options are 1. Pay more per month than we agreed to prior. 2.

Put more money out of my pocket to bring the payment to the origianlly agreed upon amount. 3. Forfeit my deposit and walk away. That is unethical, deceptive, and misleading.

It's poor business. It's dirty pool.

And if you spend five minutes looking at other posts here, you'll see they pull this *** every day. I sincerely hope, carguy1969, that you did not operate this way when you were in the business

Guest

so what your saying is the sales manager got you to your bottom line payment and your upset?????. At one time i was in the business and i must say customers are the most ignorant, ungrateful people you will ever deal with. So the fact that you got the payment you wanted and it was the same deal just THE BANK decided your credit wasn't worthy of a 75 month loan, your mad at the dealership come on now, doesn't that sound a little crazy???...

Cherry Hill Lieplex

Where do I start, first off, I wanna warn everyone about the cherry hill triplex. They are a bunch of snakes and don't care about anyone. All they want is ur money and will feed u lies after another. I purchased a car for my son and found out later that its a piece of ***. I found the car online and thought the price was reasonable but when I got to the dealership they tacked on an extra $3000. At first joe, the salesman told me that he will give me the online price bc I set up an appt but after he spoke to the manager he came back with a totally different price. Bottom line is they are snakes and don't trust a word they say. They ruined my credit report, overcharged me, lied about my interest rate, took 5 hrs to show my the car fax. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone even if they paid me to.

Just had the same thing happen to me only we did not buy. Found the car on the internet.

agreed to buy and made a down payment. Waited 2 hours for the finance guy and went through a pile of camouflage paperwork and fortunately saw the sales price was $3,000 higher than the advertised price.

Then the lie's started. Bunch of snakes.

CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX....What a Joke

I had a very bad experience with Cherry Hill Triplex. We saw a truck online advertised by them and figured we call just to be sure they still had it available before driving an hour to see it. They said yes, so we went there to find out the truck was not there. However, the terrible salesman, Duane, thought he could help us find something that compared--which he was unable to do. He drove us to another lot to show us another vehicle--which also turned out not to be there. Finally, he said they would be able to call and get the original truck sent back to the lot. We drove all the way home and went back later in the week. We noticed the truck was making a noise similar to that of a bad belt, and they guaranteed they would fix it. We returned with the truck, and they rigged it to make the noise go away. In addition, they tried to charge us extra for the vehicle due to transporting it back from auction. Good thing we knew to check the price on the contract before signing, for they attempted to add an additional 2000 dollars to the cost of the truck. The sound came back a week after visiting Cheery Hill Triplex, so we decided to take it to another dealership. They found two problems with the vehicle, and we had to pay a deductible + cost of parts. We called them to ask for reimbursement, but the salesmen, and manager ALEX refused to help. They didn't just deny us, but they were RUDE and failed to acknowledge their mistake. If they would have kept their promise and not sucked at customer service, we may have returned, but as far as I'm concerned, their business can burn.

Cherry Hill Triplex Kia

Went to Cherry Hill Triplex Kia yesterday after booking an appointment online to purchase a Kia Sportage for the advertised price of $23,748. I wanted the car, I did my own research and everything, just wanted to physically see and test drive the actual car Id be buying. I go in and cannot get the sales associate the appt wa with...."hes across the street in the big white building, but we can help you here" Okay, no problem right? I tell them I am here for my appt to test drive this specific vehicle, the SAME EXACT car online(same stock # same vin #) we go out and test drive it. LOVE IT! WANT IT! Then we talk about financing.... fortunately I am in the position right this second I will not be financing it, my mother is buying it for me(he asks how we just have the $, I explain to him that my grandmother passed away and my mother will be able to buy me a car), I need the total for everything(tax and tags) and my mom will get me the cashiers check. I give him my insurance and DL info.... were heading towards me walking out with my new car :) YAY Several times I ask whats the price going to be? "Oh yeah yeah its fine, well get to that" Okay? We must still be at the internet price I told him I needed to buy the car at....Im thinking this is awesome, going so smooth. Cut down the work for my sales man Ahdem Sharkawy because I sold myself on the car he didnt have to, theres no haggling on the price because I jumped thru the hoops and booked everything thru the internet like a good girl, dealer doesnt need to deal with the banks and financing paperwork....he comes over to double check my $ situation, grandmom passed away, mom buying me a car...he answers me back with "so mom won the lotto and is buying you a present" his compassion blew me away....but the speed and ease of this transaction is great for both of us!! Until we get to the end.... He has some paperwork that I just need to sign reeeeal quick then I get the keys and Im good to go! SWEEEEET! Then we look at the car write up..... I invented a few new bad words in my head! I have never been so confused in my life as that exact second!! The "Buy It Today Internet Price" is $23,748 (my state sales tax would be 1,424.88 and registration and tags are 395...totaling 25,567.88) the MSRP window sticker says 26,500.....HIS price is 27,995?!?!?!?! umm WHAT? Well apparently NO ONE ever gets that internet price!!! (Since when?) the window sticker MSRP is the dealers cost of buying the car Not the Manufactures Suggested Retail Price...so Cherry Hill Kias actual selling price of the car is 27,995! A little different than the 23 and change I thought itd be! Even Edmunds says the Fair Market Value selling price for my area is between 23 and 24k!! I ask him if theres anything they can do to get closer to the 23k? NOPE. We go back and forth a little bit. I tell him my mom will NOT go for 31k!! He tells me to call her and ask. I do. She laughs at me :) I tell her Id NEVER pay sticker price let alone 2k OVER sticker price. I go back and tell my buddy Adhem that Im leaving because I cannot get the car, sorry for wasting his time today! All of a sudden a switch flips....he went from being sooo nice to OMG borderline scary. To say he was PISSED is an understatement. He flat out says to me "I did my part to get you into the car, now you need to work your mom for the money! Whats 5k?" I said thats enough to make or break this deal! Excuse me? I need to 'work my mom for the money'. REALLY?!?!? I need to finagle and run a game on mom jsut because thats what he was doing to me? HA So yeah I left and thats that. Id like to thank Adhem tho!! He has given me a new purpose in life! Its not to look for a new car, thats going on the back burner for now, Ill do that when Im good and ready. My new mission is to have NO ONE EVER GO TO CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX especially the KIA dealership and MOST IMPORTANTLY TO ADHEM SHARKAWY! What he did was so stinking cliche of car salesman! Im a girl NOT an *** dear! He treated me like a total ***, tried to run a sweet lil game on me....decent looking girl reeeally want this car, shes got $ because mommy is buying it for her, Im going to make a ton of money off this *** HAHAHAHA That was his full intent! So what if what he was doing was illegal allong the way because this dummy doesnt know any better! He treated me like Im incompetent, flat out LIED to me, SCAMMED ME...whatever you want to call it! In the day and age of having so many wonderful media outlets at my finger tips I WILL be using everyone of them! I will be posting this to every single board, thread and chat I can find! As well as the BBB and every car dealer certification association I can find! I will be sending this to all NJ and PA newspapers and telling every single person I meet for the rest of forever about this incident! I have ZERO faith in that dealership! I even called and emailed Kia directly about this! If youd like to look at what Im talking about the link to the car I looked at is http://www.kiaofcherryhill.com/new/Kia/2012-Kia-Sportage-18f3e9930a0d066900c552d51fbefd9d.htm# I went there and talked to him about buying that EXACT car!! My deal was Advertised internet price $23,748 PA sales tax $1424.88 PA reg and tags $395 total$25,567.88 I even offered him $26,000 then $26,500 otd!! I know hes gotta make $ too His deal His price $27,995 tax $1,679.70 PA reg and tags $395 total $30,049.70 Even if you go off the MSRP that NO ONE pays itd only be $26,500 for the car tax 1590 reg and tags 395 total 28,485 STILL 1600 OVER sticker price!! My recommendation to EVERYONE is to NEVER GO TO CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX FOR ANYTHING EVER Thanks for listening to me vent!

NEW VEHICLE - 5 RETURN REPAIR VISITS ALREADY

I wish I had read all these reviews BEFORE I bought a vehicle from Cherry Hill Triplex. This is the first time I have ever complained publically about any product and I'm no spring chicken, but that should give you an idea how angry I am right now. I'm searching for content now so that I can get some dealership history for my next steps. To my amazement, there is no shortage of content available about this dealership to include past users of this dealership who have sued. People who have dedicated websites to warn people, dedicated email addresses to email them for information or collaborate for joint legal cases, etc. The list seems endless. Bought a new vehicle. Have been back 5 times in a VERY short amount of time for repairs. 3 times on one issue and now I am on the next issue and have been back 2 times. Problem is, that there are so many repair actions to be completed. At least, most likley more, 50 additional repair actions are now required. I'm using the number 50 as a base number. It is not an exageration for effect. It's at least 50 but probably closer to 70. The service department butchered the interior of the vehicle during a repair. If any of you are familiar with the movie "Nightmare on Elm Street", you will understand my next comment. It looks like Freddy Kruger performed the interior repairs. It's that bad. I can't remember the last time I was so furious as I sat at the dealerhip and "went off" on these technicians. I was in complete disbelief when I opened the vehicle door. The Service Technician said, "What's the problem sir?" I jumped out of the car, 3 other technicians came running over and I screamed, "you all look inside this vehicle and you tell me what's wrong." The look on their face was OMG when they looked inside. One service technician very quickly chimed in and said, "I didn't work on this vehicle sir." Great, we have one less incompetent service technician than anticipated. Remember folks. There are a lot of dealerships out there that are decent. This dealership doesn't manufacturer the cars, they are just a sales agent for Jeep. You can get what you want elsewhere and I highly recommend that you do so. I'm just tyring to prevent you from my terrible, ongoing experience and the the experience of 100s of other people. Here is what I have to say to all of you who are looking to purchase a car or have your car serviced at this dealership... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY YOU EVER SET FOOT ON THIS PROPERTY FOR A VEHICLE!!! All I can do is warn you. - a fellow consumer

:sigh Beyond pissed what was suppose to be like a dream car to me has been nothing but a nightmare. I recently purchased a 2008 dodge 3 months ago and have been having trouble with it every since.

When I took it back to the dealer they told me my car wasn't covered under a warranty for these repairs. N they don't cover wear and tear but I tried to explain to them tht I only had my car for 2/3 months. N for the work they wanted to do would have cost me over $600.00.

So when I spoke to the manager about my problem he told me ti bring ny car in well I did and they kept my car for 3 days before he determind they weren't going to fix any of the problems... so I'm stuck with a car tht needs a *** load of work...

Service department are idiots. Chrysler pays them for unnecessary warranty work too.

They replaced my compressor and condenser and evaporator coil. I told the system was short cycling the compressor and it probably need a pressure switch for $40. After numerous (6) visits they changed what I ask them to do on the first visit and now the system works correctly. So now I have a car with most of the dashboard plastic parts destroyed and rattles.

The ignition key sometimes jambs because they removed it when they did the coil. On one occasion they had to replace the molding around windshield and cowling because UV was discoloring it. The idiots put my wiper arms on in the reverse order. Left was put on the right side and right was put on the left side.

I noticed it as soon as I drove off. DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THE TRIPLEX.

The service tech was one of their senior technicians go figure. By the way they will return your car filthy soiled too at no extra charge.
