I went to the dealership and purchased a vehicle paying over $11,000 cash. On the 3rd day the vehicle broke down, ever light on the dashboard was lit up!

I immediately called the dealership and was told verbatim "you can have it towed here and looked at, at your own expense." I had a reputable auto shop look at the vehicle and they informed me to "take it back since it still has the temp tags because the car needs an engine." I called the dealership back and informed them and nothing was done. I filed a complaint with the BBB and a little over a year went by, the vehicle sat on the lot of this reputable auto shop and the dealership had it towed to them. I received a call and email from a male at the dealership asking me to come in they had 3 different vehicles for me to choose from ( which turned out to be 1 and it was trash also) and also told by giving them the title to the 1st vehicle they would give me $1000. The 2nd vehicle lit up like a Christmas tree no sooner then I drive off the lot.

I called the dealership immediately and was told to bring the car back the next day, which I did!

Bottom line they stole my money, sold me a car from a PA auction that they knew was COMPLETE AND UTTER GARBAGE!!! I HOPE NBC RESPONSE INVESTIGATES YOU NEXT!!!

That mechanic is a moron telling you to take the car back because it had temporary tags. Temporary tags do not imply or provide a return window for a return

It was truly a disheartening experience to date with the Cherry Hill Tri Plex. I'm sure my words will fall on deaf ears however I hope they find someone with the authority to make the relationship between the Tri Plex and the consumer more enjoyable.

Buying a vehicle should be fulfilling and a experience, not a nightmare. When I purchased my 2020 Jeep, my sales experience was horrendous. I remember leaving there not even excited for the purchase of my first brand new vehicle. I was pressured, bullied and unsuccessfully pushed in a direction that the sales team tried steering me in.

I gave a comfortable monthly payment of 400$ a month and said I needed 15,000 miles for the lease. I was offered $580 a month and 12000 miles. I eventually walked out and went home. I was called back and offered $420 a month and 15000 miles.

I remember being made to feel as if I was a problem and being cheap and unreasonable. That was my sales experience. My service experience was even worse. My 2020 Jeep rattles and seems to over heat.

I brought the vehicle in for service as I purchased the recommended bells and whistles Warranty. A 730am appointment on Friday 2/11/2022. I called all day for an update and i wasn't responded to until 430pm. I was told my vehicle wasn't even looked at as they were to busy.

I was eventually told that I needed a new heater hose and It wouldn't be done until the following Wednesday. I asked about a loaner vehicle or a rental as I'm pretty sure the warranty covers it. I was told several times it would be looked into. It was never looked into.

I scrambled to borrow vehicles so i could go to work myself. Finally Wednesday arrives and on that day I was told it wouldn't be done until Thursday. The more I called for updates the more caddie the people answering the phones would get and the more I was treated as an annoyance. All the while my lively hood was the one affected and my life was inconvenienced.

So the day came to pick up my vehicle and sure enough the vehicle still rattles and is possibly overheating. I was informed that the service team needs the vehicle back so they can diagnose the problem. DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. The car was there a week and now it has to go back to be diagnosed.

Very UNACCEPTABLE. The only thing remotely positive, more admirable about my experience was having the service manager tell me they're swamped and apologizing for the horrible service. So in the end my Jeep is still messed up and I will have to search for a new mechanic as your location clearly is in desperate need of help. Furthermore I was presented a bill for $269 when picking up the vehicle.

It was eventually waived and charged to the warranty but it felt like you just wanted to see if I'd pay it first.

Horrible experience. I definitely will be looking elsewhere upon the completion of my lease.

Shady and untrue to their word

Apparently people's word means nothing anymore! Don't shop at Cherry Hill Mitsubishi they are shady and untrue to their word.

I purchased my 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander before Christmas last year and I had a mini van at the time and decided to give the van free of charge to my sales lady because she didn't have a car. I pulled the manager of the branch aside and told him that I wanted to give it to her as a gift but it had a power steering issue and I asked him if as a pay it forward would they fix the problem on the van so it's safe for her. He readily agreed and commended me for doing such a kind deed. Well turns out months later they never fixed the van.

So I called and asked for that manager and he got in the phone. I told him who I was and that I was so disappointed that they never did as they promised to do. He then became nasty with me basically calling me a liar saying he never agreed to that started yelling at me and then proceeded to hang up on me!!! I can not believe how rude and disrespectful he was.

Especially when I bought a $13,000 car from them. It's like they lied to me just to get me to buy the car and now that I have it he's acting like there was no agreement. I know it wasn't in writing but wow! Just wow!

I'm so angry.

People are horrible. How can they sleep at night?

SALESPERSON LIED TO ME, SALESMAN LIED TO ME NO ONE ADMITTED TO THE LYING EVEN WHEN MY SON WAS THERE AND WITNESSED THE WHOLE CONVERSATION, TOLD ME I WAS HALF APPROVED AND TO TAKE THE CAR HOME AND COME BACK ON TUESDAY WITH THE REST OF MY PAPERWORK. I SAID I AM NOT LEAVING UNLESS I AM APPROVED.

THE SALESMAN WALKED AWAY, CAME BACK AND SAID YOUR APPROVED, I SAID ITS MINE HE SAID YES. COME BACK ON TUESDAY. BOOM NOT APPROVED,LIED TO ME.

I BROUGHT THE CAR BACK, DROPPED IT OFF AND BOOM ALL OF A SUDDEN I WAS APPROVED, NO THANKS I DONT WANT THE CAR AT 16.24% INTEREST RATE AT 75 MONTHS, YOU CAN KEEP IT. DO NOT GO THERE, GO ELSEWHERE

Worst dealership ever

DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL...... RUN.

THE LIED ABOUT EVERY PART OF THE DEAL AND HIDE THE NUMBERS UNTIL WE HAD SPENT 4 HOURS FINISHING EVERY PART OF THE DEAL. WE AGREED ON THE NUMBERS OVER THE PHONE AND AGAIN WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED TO BUY THE CAR. SOME HOW 4 HOURS LATER THE CARS PRICE HAD RIASEN $4900. AFTER I ENDED UP TAKING $1500 IN EXTRA COSTS WE CAME TO A DEAL AND CONTINUED.

TEN MINS LATER THEY SAY THE EXTRA $4900 HAD NOT EVEN INCLUDED THE $3675 IN TAXES THAT THE WAS OVER. THEY SAID THEY DONT INCLUDE TAXES WHEN WORKING OUT FINAL PRICE

Stay away! I came to the dealership to shop for a Jeep. I had done my homework and saw that Jeep.com was offering a $199 lease special with $2,499 down. besides dealing with an incompetent salesman that wasted 3 hours of my time I also encountered a gruff sales manager that shouted vulgarities at the salesman and then continually apologized to me.

Bottom line is that the salesman told me to see if I qualified for the offer they needed to run my credit. then he came back and said I needed to give him a $1,000 deposit to show that I was serious. I should have left at that moment. I asked the salesperson if it was refundable and he told me yes, it was only to hold the special pricing if approved.

I called the salesperson a few days later to cancel and left him a voice mail. Then he took a couple of days to call back and told me I had to come in to cancel. When I went to the dealership today and spoke to the sales manager Ed, he informed me that they had ordered the car from another dealer and that my deposit was non-refundable. OMG!

Besides how rude he was to me I could not believe it. Then he shows me a folder and on the front, it says "Non Cancel-able Deposit". I told him that I had never seen this folder, never authorized them to order a car for me and was told by the salesman that the deposit was fully refundable. Then he started to give me more bulls__t about how hard they worked and how I should really pay them more $$.

OMG. Then he tells me he doesn't have time to discuss this issue on a Saturday and I would need to come in during the week. When I refused, he threatened to call the police and when I said go ahead and call, he further threatened me saying" the police buy all of their cars here and he was sure they would be happy to take me away from the dealers private property! Wow!

Talk about strong-arm tactics. I have purchased over 100 vehicles for my businesses and personal use over the years and never dealt with a dealership that was as dishonest with zero integrity.

Funny thing is that if they had looked at the big picture, they might have been interested in the 6 Dodge Ram vans that my business has coming off lease in 5 months. Pity they are so concerned with ripping off a consumer for $1,000, and not looking to create a lasting relationship.

*** cherry hill triplex 2011 Nissan Maxima 17,656 out the door bill of sale done my credit union was sending them a check get in the car to leave cause the purchase was done they flag me down to come back in to say there was an open order on the car a service bill of $581.83 for oil change ext can I finance it though them or my credit union add it in *** know it was there service department fault so they let 17,656 walk out the door it was the Mitsubishi side *** them don't give them your money they was mad cause they didn't know my interest rate or monthly gross nor did I have to put money down just sell me the car *** them always finance though a credit union never let them try to kill your credit report and I I didn't get the car it's still in there lot if y'all want it

Recently purchased outlander sport at mitsubishi dealership. Overall pleasant experience. Bought my car used,with some defects that sales promised to fix.in two weeks i got it fixed.can't agree with others about how good or bad dealership is.i liked the car,got a good deal.good luck to everyone, just be ready and little bit prepared to ask exactly what you need.

My jeep is in the shop again after have it a month.It has been there for a week so far while I pay for a rental.This time the cat converter went.1 week after I bought it the two front tie rods needed to be replaced.I do not think it was ever checked for saftey before being sold because if one of the tie rods snapped I would have no steering.The sales mgr felix told me oh well cars break down thats what they do.I dont think thats a good answer when Im driving my 5 yr old in a car im paying 520 a month for and before my 1st payment could have killed us.They have yet to provide the saftey check paperwork showinf it was ever done.

this has been the worst car buying experience ever. first of all they sold us a car with NO AIR FILTER INSIDE.

we got it checked a few days later and mechanic said were lucky the car didn't blow up and kill us. second they never told us our registration and tags would come through them. when we called the day our tags expired they said we had to call our finance bank and do a phone interview in order to get the funding for the tags. NO ONE ever told us this.

now the bank is taking their grand old time to confirm the company my fiancé works for. we can't get in touch with the bank they never call us back. and now we can't get in touch with the manager of this horrible dealership. it's been 5 days and we can't drive our only car because this dealership failed to mention ANY OF THIS TO US.

every single employee that works there is clueless and lies about everything when you call you can never get through.

do not go here ever. never had such a bad experience

I kept getting phone calls from the dealership saying that they wanted my 2012 Sedona. So I visited the dealership after waiting and waiting for 7hrs I finally got a new van.

I had to go back the next day to finish signing the paperwork.

One of the mgrs who was very nice to me the day before just walked by didn't even said good morning, since he had my business already. I waited 3 weeks for a second key and all of them being so rude, don't even know who you are anymore, they don't even offer you a drink of water.

Lied to very bad and got called a liar by the GM

Went there to get a 09 pilot on wednesday the 16th and we explained what we had to put down, my wifes income and we were told they could help. They told us to leave the deposit and take the car home and that when the finance manager comes in that friday he will call the underwriter and ask for a favor.

friday i get a call to bring in more paperwork and i asked for status and was told that it was going real good, looks like a done deal, he also told us come back monday afternoon because the weekend was very busy. Monday i got a reminder call and i asked again for status and i was told that we just needed to go in and sign for the car to take ownership. We got there and it was all a lie, they didn't find us a bank and were still working on it, so i asked them why was i told that we were approved? no one knew why.

we sat there from 530 to 9 and we left without the car. I told them i was going to take it to the GM, what a mistake, Mr. cobb the Gm called me after me leaving him a message with a nasty attitude, "what do you want? he said and when i tried to explain he said he already knew the situation, the story his employees gave him and told me "your just mad because you lied in your application and didn't get approved" i was floored, he had me on speaker phone and said hurry up and say what you have to say.

I asked him where was he at so i can go and speak to him and he said the kia lot and hanged up the phone. Our characters were completely assassinated by their employees and their GM finished the job...
