My husband and I bought a van in May from Cherry Hill Triplex. We signed paperwork stating the terms of the loan (payment amount and # of months financed). Six (yes six) weeks later we get a call from the dealership saying come in to resign papers. Told me payment was going down and for less months than originally. LIE Got there & payment was higher. So, basically I hired an attorney and we are going to battle it out. Funny how I have been driving a van for 6 weeks and still not financed. Do not go to this dealership. They will lie and keep lying and then threaten. My attorney told me that Cherry Hill Triplex has been cited by Attorney General for doing the same thing to other customers. I won't quit until I win!!!!!!!!!!!
