Cherry Hill Triplex - Fraud
Went to this *** hole to look at a 2012 outlander sport. Worked out the deal with the salesman Bob Bodalato.
Then this slime ball Frank gets involved and begins his pitch of selling us a new 2014 outlander sport through a lease deal. after one hour of him drawing lines on a paper showing us what a great deal it was, unlimited mileage and a low 000138 interest rate and pay the MSRP we felt it was a good deal. After four hours there we signed all the papers and being told by Steve another bottom feeder that whatever Frank told us was on the forms.
Got home that night and found additional charges that were not told to us, a $2040.00 price increase and a $600.00 rental fee.
I am suing them in small claims court. STAY AWAY FROM THIS *** HOLE!

I purchased a new car from them in 2015 and came here as I searched to see if there was a class action lawsuit in place that I could possibly join to see if I could get myself a settlement for the outstanding loan amount on my now totaled Kia Sorrento because their finance guy when I purchased, lied and told me I could refinance for a smaller payment in 6 months with the same finance company. When I called my lender they stated that they didn't know why I was told that and that they don't refinance their own loans.
I did go to another company to refinance but was never told that my Gap Insurance wouldn't automatically carry over. Trying to get their help at Cherry Hill Kia with all of this has been a nightmare.
Since the finance guy, Mike, is no longer their and since I' not a new customer looking to purchase, they basically are directing me to talk to their current finance people who never answer and never call back and now they are telling to talk to their legal counsel as to a pro-rata refund that they are supposed to let me know about according to the Gap Insurance company. Someone needs to do something about the unscrupulous way these dealers handle deals just to make their numbers.
